After an incredible year of growth (5x since our last funding announcement and now 120+ team members globally), it was time to find a space that could keep up with us. Our new HQ is more than just a place to work! We want it to become a hub for collaboration, experimentation, and innovation.

Silicon Valley Access: We’re now steps away from top talent, partners, and a thriving AI community. Being in the middle of the Valley means we can connect faster, collaborate easier, and stay ahead of what’s next in the AI space. Proximity to leading AI labs, top-tier universities, and forward-thinking investors gives us that unique edge.
Community Vibe: We picked a location that makes it easy for students, builders, and creators to drop in and connect. The energy of Castro Street brings walkable food, post-meetup boba runs, and that local charm that makes even the most intense debugging session feel a bit lighter. We wanted it to feel welcoming.
Hybrid-Friendly Design: Remote work is here to stay, but in-person energy still matters. About 50% of our team chooses to come in during the week. This space is designed for spontaneous collaboration, chance encounters at the snack bar, and deep work in soundproof focus rooms. It’s the best of both worlds.

What We’re Building Here (Besides Inference Clusters)

We knew we didn’t just want an office. We wanted a space where magic happens: where builders, thinkers, and curious minds collide.

Hackathons happen over coffee and/or pizza: Sometimes with a whiteboard, sometimes with a deadline, always with good snacks. We’re creating a space where engineers can prototype wild ideas and iterate fast.
Meetups spark new ideas: Whether it’s an after-hours panel, a lunch-and-learn, or an impromptu demo day, we want Mountain View to become a gravitational point for AI minds.
Llama-themed coding competitions are very much a real possibility: We’re not afraid to have fun while we build. Expect competitions that challenge your technical chops and your sense of humor.

This HQ is our way of saying: let’s build AI together—face to face, keyboard to keyboard, brain to brain. In community. And yes, sometimes in costume. Whether you're leading a workshop, attending a talk, or just dropping in for a slice of pizza and spontaneous code jam, you're welcome here.

Hackathons! From AI Agents to splicing together multimodal RAG engines, we want to see where directed passion takes us. We’ll set the stage, provide the compute, and get out of your way. Come with an idea, leave with a prototype—and maybe some prizes and pizza too.
Infra Meetups: Geek out over how to optimize models and run agents. We’ll be gathering infra nerds, GPU wranglers, and AI builders to trade notes, swap horror stories, and share what’s actually working in production. Whether it’s about latency tuning or scaling containerized inference, there’s always more to learn.
Llama Coding Showdown: You’ll know it when you see it. Equal parts fun and firepower, this event will test your ability to solve challenges with flair. Expect themed prompts, quirky rules, and questionable costumes. Winner gets glory. And maybe a Llama plushie.
